Despite a recent report by the Cato Institute that even though government spending increased by over 40% between the years 2006 and 2011 (which saw employment figures drop by a disquieting 5 million)--Senate Democrats are considering yet another stimulus package.
This brings new meaning to the classic term of insanity.
