For those that are of the belief that taxing only the wealthy will pay for ObamaCare: Get a grip. This piece of socialistic legislation is so onerously expensive (and far reaching) that the only way to fund it will be to raise taxes on all working Americans, irrespective of their postion on socioeconomic ladder. And the only way to accomplish this is by implementing a Value Added Tax (VAT) which taxes every facet of US manufacturing and production.
