The irrefutable evidence that Democrats view the Constitution as a mere snot rag is ObamaCare. This legislation is not about health care--but rather the Jackass Party's flagrant disrespect for Original Intent.
And it is for this reason (aside from its economic perversions) that ObamaCare must be repealed.
