WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE?

Where is the outrage by municipal unions (who have joined OWS in their disgust over the bank bailouts) concerning Dodd-Frank? After all--this legislation (passed by a Democrat congress and signed by a Democrat President) does not address the "too big to fail" paradigm.
