Instead of proffering substantive, adult solutions (think Paul Ryan) to
fix America's insidious fiscal problems--our president (instead) proffers unhinged generalities, demagoguery, arrogance and hyper-partisanship.
As they use to say in Da Bronx: The man is a piece of work.
