TYRANT!

OIB believes the President Obama's decision not to defend DOMA--which passed with an overwhelming majority in the Senate (85-14) and House (342-67)--is empirical evidence that
he has great contempt for the legislative process.

This places him in a category reserved for those who display similar contempt: TYRANT!
