Is there really any surprise that President Barack Obama has chosen to be on "The View" rather than addressing the Boy Scouts of America at their 100th anniversary celebration (which happens to be today)?
Well, considering our commander in chief 's boundless and inexhaustible antipathy for great American institutions (which the BSA happens to be)--the answer is NO!
